Patient Navigator
Patient Navigator Responsibilities (starting rates of $150/hour):
Ensuring patients are fully informed about their legal rights.
Helping patients navigate insurance claims and creating payment plans when necessary.
Documenting and resolving any complaints lodged by the patient or their family.
Reviewing paperwork to ensure it is accurate and complete.
Explaining test results, diagnoses, and available treatments to the patient and their loved ones.
Communicating all the information patients need to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
